ZF Series Straight Line Welding Machine

ZF Series Straight Line Welding Machine is common auto welding equipment used for Straight line welding the workpieces in sleeve figure, taper figure, plate figure or rectangle figure etc.. It can weld carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminium and alloy aluminium etc.. We can choose Argon Arc welding, CO2/MIG/MAG, Plasma welding, submerged arc welding etc. to create the straight line welding system.

      The machine body uses cantilever to assemble and unassemble the workpiece easily.

       The torch walking components uses orbit so it goes equably. It supported by DC source and stepless speed regulation. The torches clamp is adjusted in multi-direction and lift by pneumatic power.

       The key type impaction components impacts the fixture by pneumatic power flexibly so it make the whole welding line be welded equality. The distance between main line and fixture can be adjusted freely by request.

       It uses PLC programme control unit as the main unit, and the program can control the whole automatic jointing process.
